MoonLab Foods already had a successful e-Commerce presence, but it was becoming dated and lacked a number of features the business needed to grow and improve processes, so the goal was to update the design with a clean, modern and minimalist look to match their products and packaging.
As part of this project we also made the site true multi-language with a menu for selecting English or Chinese. This allows the site to be accessible to the largest audience possible while also improving Search Engine Optimization.
In another improvement for SEO, product tags were added to the product page so that MoonLab products could be included into Googles Shopping results.
The checkout process was simplified for the Taiwan based customers by requiring fewer manual inputs and offering a drop down selection for Districts and Cities, and Apple Pay was added as a way to even further speed up the checkout process.
